And the winner is...

Holy crap this has been a close call. I am closing the polls this morning officially but of course bravenet doesnt really give you the option to actually "close" them. I'm taking a screen shot though to post of the final results. I personally liked entry 5, it was long and well thought out. But hey, what do I know? You all did very good jobs on the first round :)

Without furthur ado, Entry 1 is the winner of the immunity Challange. If my memory serves me correct, Entry 1. is Lemur Girl.

Now, Lemur Girl has Immunity this week, but we have a delimma, Jeff has not been able to participate this past week in the challange let alone survivor in the first place. The first week, is the most important week.

I leave it up to you guys. Voting is due by tomorrow. Email me (pylorns at wetwired dot org) with the subject line of "My vote goes to this loser" and include a paragraph of why you are voting for said person.

Once the person is voted off, it is that losers responibility to write a farewell letter. And remeber you're job is not over. You will come back and be the final judge for the last two remaining Survivors.

Jumpin' Jeee-zus Kee-rist on a freakin' pogo stick, Pylorns! Can't you at least code the picture so we can see it?

Lose the stuff after '.JPG' and it should show up for one and all.

Congrats, Lemur Girl (if that is, in fact, your essay. Methinks the 'lorns is getting a bit long in the tooth and forgetful.)!

Something's screwy here. Not even a single joke vote for #6? What's the world coming to when a blatant irritation move like that is presented to the public and nobody takes advantage of it.

Shameful...

Nicely done Lemurgirl!

And thank you pylorns. ;)

Congrats Lemurgirl and sorry again for my absence.

I waited five freakin' minutes before commenting!

For your next post I want you to type, "Preview is my friend!" five hundred times. And no cutting-and-pasting.

Posted by: Victor at June 8, 2004 11:35 AM

Congrats Lemur Girl.

Oh man! I was sooooo close! Congrats Lemur Girl.

Pylorns: Are you going to post each entry's author?

Posted by: Lynn at June 8, 2004 04:57 PM

I'd be interested in hearing everyone's gueses about which post belonged to which contestant.

Posted by: Jimmie at June 8, 2004 05:25 PM

Yeah, in the first Survivor it was announced whose was whose. I struggled thru the fouled-up archives and found this here proof.

Posted by: Victor at June 8, 2004 06:10 PM

Victor - that game ain't this game, man. I'd rather see folks here noddling it through rather than just posting whose was whose. Wouldn't that be more entertaining reading?

Posted by: Jimmie at June 8, 2004 11:47 PM

oo a guessing game! i like those, i'm no good but i like them! i've got a couple of them nailed i think... but i could be wrong...
all the sun has addled my brain...

Wasn't that your job, Jim? Heh.
