« IMMUNITY CHALLENGE I - Time to vote! | Main | APOLOGY »

THE WINNER IS...

It's time to reveal the winner of the first immunity challenge. Before that, however, let's give a big Fuck You to the other contestants for sucking so badly....just kidding, we still love you:

Losers

Entry #1 - Jim...yeah, that's right Mr. "I need an extension"
Entry #3 - Pylorns...sorry pal but you LACK IMMUNITY!
Entry #4 - LeeAnn...better luck next time sweety (hey, you have to be nice to girls...otherwise they cry)
Entry #5 - Helen...it's good you didn't win...people would start to doubt the fairness of this game.
Entry #6 - Emily, you ARE so going to get your ass kicked in this game. ;-)

Which means the winner of this week's immunity challenge is...

...Jeff of BigStick.us.

Okay, now for the fun part. By Friday 9 a.m., all six of you have to cast your vote for which player shall be the first to [scary music].....LEAVE THE ISLAND!

All votes will be cast via email. Just send me a note with the subject "SURVIVOR: SEE YA!". You must include an explanation for your vote, too. And remember...you can't vote for Jeff!

I'll post the results tomorrow morning.

Thats crap, we were beaten by an old song that was remade by a wanker who carries a baseball bat... that song should be pulled from radio stations and wiped from peoples brains..

Posted by: pylorns at November 13, 2003 09:12 AM

I'm voting for Jeff anyway. Wanker with demi-lizardoid minions. Heh. Indeed.

Posted by: Jim at November 13, 2003 09:31 AM

yes sounds like a plan.

Posted by: pylorns at November 13, 2003 09:48 AM

I thought #5 was Helen. It was the longest one. The others I had no idea about. Are you sure we can't vote for Jeff? Please?

Posted by: emily at November 13, 2003 09:50 AM

Jim was "sick?" Don, you dolt, he was hungover. *Big* difference.

(Unless he can mail the leprosy-infected appendage to Barbra Streisand. Then I'll believe he was sick.)

Geez, Pylorns, you're whiney. Still upset Helen went to Munuvia, eh?

Posted by: Victor at November 13, 2003 10:10 AM

In true Rachel Lucas spirit:

We hateses the Jeffses....

Posted by: Helen at November 13, 2003 10:44 AM

Actually I wasn't the sick one. It was Lovely Wife who was out of commission. I was doing duty herding the kids through their morning routine and then taking the Bear to school and then LW to the doc so I couldn't get the submission finished in time.

I'm sure if it had been me who was sick Don would have told me to fuck off. He does have some integrity after all.

Posted by: Jim at November 13, 2003 10:58 AM

No I don't.

Posted by: Don at November 13, 2003 10:59 AM

Don-whose entry did you vote for?

Posted by: Helen at November 13, 2003 11:16 AM

Can't we "accidentally" nudge Jeff while he's gloating on the edge of a cliff doing his "top of the world, Ma!" routine?

And for the record, I'm unnice to all, men and ladies alike. I'm an equal-opportunity meanie-pants.

Posted by: LeeAnn at November 13, 2003 11:18 AM

I'll never tell!

Posted by: Don at November 13, 2003 11:18 AM

Lesson learned - if you're going to write a long boring post, give it a theme so it doesn't actually LOOK like it sucks.

Jeff - here's a tip: watch out for someone submitting a pithy, one-sentence answer in a future immunity challenge. Those can kill ya.

Posted by: Harvey at November 13, 2003 11:25 AM

Harvey-are you saying that I wrote a long boring post?

Fuck, man. Ouch.

Posted by: Helen at November 13, 2003 11:41 AM

Maybe he's talking about Jeff's "theme" post that just seemed to drag on and on?

Posted by: emily at November 13, 2003 12:00 PM

And by the way, where the hell is all the trash talking, huh? You spineless cow fuckers too intimidated to talk some shit? Especially "Wierd Al" over there with his immunity? You'd think with all that non-voting going on his direction he could speak up a little. Bastard.

*hides now*

Posted by: emily at November 13, 2003 12:02 PM

Yeah, it's a definite shame that we can't axe Jeff this go-round. Definitely the weakest submission but he wins by cajoling and threatenting his demi-lizardoid minions with his big scary stick.

And I'm not 100% comfortable on this island with him, either. He keeps gazing covetously at my cow. And Pylorns.

Posted by: Jim at November 13, 2003 12:27 PM

Yeah.. and he drank the last of the JD and then he busted the bottle on the pepsi machine.. what gives...

Posted by: pylorns at November 13, 2003 01:09 PM

Wow... I had this huge post with replies to all of you and explanations why you should be disappointed that you lost... but I accidentally closed the window. But I'll summarize: It was generally benevolent towards Helen and Jim, for various reasons, Neutral towards Emily and LeeAnn, and Mean at pylorns. Crap, it was so good too. Plus I announced the afterparty you're all invited to in the burgh, where we'll eat bratwursts and drink Yuengling. PS. I voted for Jim.

Posted by: Jeff at November 13, 2003 02:04 PM

Hmmm...

Maybe Jeff isn't so bad after all. But you should have mobilized you demi-lizardoid minions to vote for #1 too. Shame on you, Jeff.

Posted by: Jim at November 13, 2003 02:39 PM

You never know with them lizards, Jim. I'm like the queen of England, I really have no power over them. Another thing I remembered whilst showering... Did anyone notcie how I was really the only one that wanted Rachel to come back? Yep, I'm one of the 1300 schmucks who visit her site every day. Meh.

Posted by: Jeff at November 13, 2003 02:57 PM

Not true! I'm a genuine Rachel fan. The abuse that Don tacked on the end of my submission sort of killed it.

Posted by: Jim at November 13, 2003 03:04 PM

Well, i guess that's what I have to look forward to when the day comes that I'm too drunk to write my challenge in time. It'll happen.... I can feel it.

Posted by: Jeff at November 13, 2003 03:12 PM

Want another bottle.. I'll send it.. give the rest of us an advantage. So here's my compliment, it was well written and you diserved it. But your still a wanker.

Posted by: pylorns at November 13, 2003 08:25 PM

Thanks a lot man, I'll send on a Sharpton/Dean '04 poster for ya.

Posted by: Jeff at November 13, 2003 09:14 PM

Has anyone looked into allegations in corners of the blogosphere that the voting was rigged?

I'm just asking, you know.

Posted by: Simon at November 13, 2003 10:39 PM

That's the first I've heard of it, where did you see that? That just hurts me man. No one wants to see a single white protestant male succeed these days. Anyway, after doing some snopping, weren't you the one that said, "As Chicago Democrats say: vote early, vote often." Hmm... someone shouldn't be throwing stones in glass houses. I hope I won because of my own creative effort.

Posted by: Jeff at November 13, 2003 10:56 PM

Simon could be on to something there... hehehehe Ok its 9am EST whats the deal...
