Judges revote.
Ok so we can do this, we'll split up the prizes or rather let you two split them between yourselves. You can plan for everything but good lord. Anyway, lemme know if you two think this is acceptable.
Ok so obviously it isnt. Hmm. Well Jim and I are not going to make a ruling over this because it wouldnt be fair. It'd prob. end in a tie that way as well. I'm calling for a revote from the judges. I hope that you guys can come to another choice.
Here is my email to the judges:
We have reached an very strange issue where not only are we tied for the judges votes but also the tie breaker tied in votes. I need you judges to vote again and Jeff I need you to give more information on why you chose the person you did or change your vote. It is up to you judges to meet a consensus.

Oh, that sucks.
Posted by: Victor at July 9, 2004 02:52 PMWell, you know, it's usual that in case of an unbreakable tie that the previous champion come out of mothballs and accept the crown again.
Isn't it? :)
Another suggestion: open the voting to the viewers.
Posted by: LeeAnn at July 9, 2004 03:23 PMI say we split the prizes. I was going to do that anyway if I won since I don't need the free hosting or MT install. What do you say Jimmie?
Posted by: Lynn at July 9, 2004 04:44 PMI think a prize split will be the best thing for all. if it's still a tie after all that then it just goes to show that people can't choose between the two of you (though i'm still favouring Lynn...)
Be good to each other, split the prizes and make off in Pylorns plane, leaving him on blogtiki for a while :)
Posted by: Lemurgirl at July 10, 2004 07:08 AMOh, wow... Well, I suppose two congratulations are in order then! So, congratulations Jimmie and congratulations Lynn!
Posted by: redsaid at July 10, 2004 11:16 AMPrize split works for me. Congrats.
Posted by: So Cal Lawyer at July 10, 2004 01:23 PMI prefer a revote, but perhaps we could include LeeAnn (Survivor Emeritus) in the voting.
